She sets the pace now,
The tempo never loses hold.
I’ll never settle down, I’ll never ever lose control.
We make our timelines,
Plan it out like we can know.
What’s going down, what’s up ahead on the road.
But it makes no difference,
Not the numbers, not the goals.
So we slow it down just to speed it up before we go.
